Blissmade products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or material failure for the usable life of the product. The guarantee does not cover damage, abuse of the product, or normal wear and tear. We always try to repair the product first, in the rare case it cannot be repaired we will replace the product. Damaged products that fall outside the guarantee can be repaired or refurbished at a cost. Proper care will ensure a long useful life for your furniture or wood product.

Unused items in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 90 days. Personalized and custom items are not eligible for return. Buyer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping or delivery. 

We use solid wood and no two boards are exactly the same, minor grain and color variations are not unusual and enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Each Blissmade product is made using traditional techniques, slight variation in measurements and minor tool marks are not uncommon and part of what makes each piece unique. These variations do not effect the performance or durability of the product.

Blissmade LLC is a family owned furniture manufacturing company in New Hampshire producing small-batch heirloom quality benchmade furniture. Custom furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and all in house manufactured goods are covered by the Blissmade Guarantee. Third party manufactured components and items including but not limited to hinges, drawer slides, fasteners, ect. are the responsibility of the original manufacturer of those items. Components and materials that are customer supplied are also excluded from coverage. Orders of $500 or more require 50% deposit to begin work, deposits are 50% refundable before the project start date indicated on the invoice and non-refundable after the project start date. Blissmade reserves the right to cancel an order at any time as long as 100% of all funds including deposit funds are refunded. Order changes made by the customer after the project start date are subject to additional charges, additional charges in excess of $1000 require additional deposit payment. Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon completion of work in order for customer to take delivery of items. Items left for 90 days without additional arrangements are considered abandoned and become the property of Blissmade LLC. 

All product manufacturing is performed ex-works Dunbarton, New Hampshire. We offer parcel, LTL freight, FTL freight, crating, white-glove delivery, assembly, and installation services through third party providers at an additional cost. Shipping is available to United States, Canada, EU Countries, Japan, Australia, and United Arab Emirates. Customer pickup and customer arranged delivery is available at no cost. Accounts must be paid in full prior to items departing Blissmade. Any damages, loss, or delay are the responsibility of the third party providers. Items needed to be returned to Blissmade LLC for any reason may be subject to additional transportation cost.
