Solid tiger maple cabinet with federal and shaker furniture influences. Bracket base molding is cut directly in to the top of the hand-cut hybrid dovetail/miter joints for a clean look that will never come apart. All surfaces are scraped by hand with an antique Stanley #81 to bring out the figured grain and leave a pleasing texture on the finished surfaces. The hardware is top quality brass from @hortonbrasses . The care taken in making this piece and the traditional construction methods result in heirloom quality that will last for generations.
